Classical California SKY Concert with Lara Downes and Christian Sands: March 29th.
Our acclaimed San Francisco Sky Concerts series returns, featuring Classical California Evening Host and Resident Artist Lara Downes, joined by star jazz pianist and composer Christian Sands. We’ll need two pianos for this one as Lara plays Bach keyboard pieces and Chris responds with his jazz improv interpretations. It’s an afternoon of great music crossing boundaries in perfect harmony. We have a feeling Bach would love it. Don’t miss the music and the conversation between these two great artists.
Our exclusive SKY Concerts are rare, intimate experiences with very limited seating, held high above San Francisco in the beautiful 11th-floor recital hall of the Bowes Center, home of Classical California – San Francisco.
